Breaking change for plugin code

The internal event channel used for notifications has been removed. Plugin code calling events.emit('notify', ...) will no longer display anything. Use notify instead — see Plugins → Notifications for the migration table.

Table view reset on configuration update

When a user receives an updated configuration, their existing local table-view personalization is cleared and a notification informs them that the table view was refreshed because of the configuration update.
